Fore Abbey, in County Westmeath, has an ancient tree that is said to be blessed so that it is protected against fire. Of course, the most famous magical place in Ireland is the Blarney Stone in County Cork – kiss this, and you’ll never be lost for words again. This stone is also said to bring you good luck, but you’ll probably still want to invest in some direct car excess insurance so you stay protected during your road trip of Ireland.

Finding fun things to do in Ireland is never going to be difficult. If you are staying in Dublin for a few days, you probably want to visit Guinness Brewery.
